A wallet's first inbound transfer is its birth certificate. When nine wallets are born from the same source in the same two minutes, the holder list is not nine independent decisions.

Timing is the second witness. Buys that land inside the same 18 seconds, and sells inside the same 31, are measured, not guessed: the block numbers and transaction hashes are part of the record.

Position sizing, shared routers, and history on earlier launches are weaker signals on their own. Cabalwatcher never relies on one; the score is a weighted sum, and every contribution is shown.
